(1) As in BB2/97 (3), heretofore Sir George Amyand, eldest son of Sir George Amyand, formerly of Carshalton, co. Surry, Bt.) and Dame Catherine Cornewall his wife (dau. of Vellers Cornewall, formerly of Moccas, Esq.).

 

(2) George Cornewall of Moccas, Esq., son of (1).

 

(3) Joseph White of Lincolns Inn, co. Middx., Esq.

 

(4) William Chamberlayne of Lincolns Inn, Esq.
