Fined £40 to be distributed as follows: £12 14s 6d costs to Peter Playne, £7 7s 0d damages to Peter Playne and Daniel Smith, £9 12s 6d to the informer Daniel Smith and the remaining £10 6s 0d to the treasurer of Stroud Dispensary, or hard labour for six months in Horsley House of Correction.
