James Cock of St. Minver, lab. indicted for stealing ten gold sovereigns and other coins, gold and silver, property of George Green: twelve months' hard labour in Bodmin gaol.

 

Presentment made at last sessions concerning the Assize Hall and Judges' lodgings now considered. To negotiate with Corporation of Bodmin regarding their interest in the building and adjacent ground. Mr. Burt's plans for new Assize Hall to be adopted, subject to interior alterations suggested by committee appointed for that purpose. Sessions adjourned to 10 Feb. next at Bodmin to consider this and judges' lodgings.
