- part of Halton Quay in St. Dominic. (Tithe nos. 1058-1060, 1062, 1124, 1168, 1169: 11a. 2r. 30p), with sheds, limekilns, yards and quay. (Timber, minerals, clay, stone, watercourses etc. reserved. Also game and use of quay(s) by (i). (ii) to pay interest at £5% per annun on improvements made by (i). (ii) to repair everything except main walls, and slated roofs of buildings. Hedges (except those annually clipped). not to be cut until of 6 months growth between months of November and March. Meadow or pasture only to be mowed once for hay. Hot to break up for tillage any meadow without landlord's written consent - otherwise penalty of £20 per acre.

Provision for entry of incoming tenant etc. to prepare his crops during last year of tenancy, (ii) to take action against sporting or trespassing; (i) to indemnify against costs and damages. £5 payable by (ii) for every 20s. worth of injury. Provisions about erections on quay being offered to landlord before tenants and building erected in 1883 to be taken by landlord at cost price (£40) etc. etc.)
