(20 Edw IV); at Treworder Gift in fee tail Richard Skeberyowe = (1) Thomas Skeberyowe, son of (1) = (2) (1) to (2), all his messuages, lands and tenements in Treworder iuxta Polmogh (parish of Seynt Kynwyn), together with his wood and meadows, feedings, pasture belonging, and with (1)'s common pasture in Keuerthyn for all his beasts and animals of whatever kind (omnibus averiis et animalibus suis cuiuscumque generis sive speciei fuerint), and also a moorland (landa seu mora) called Penhaldurva iuxta Keuerthyn; for (2) and his legitimate heirs of body to hold for ever of the chief lord of the fee, by rent and services previously due and accustomed. With remainder, in the absence of such heirs, to Richard Skeberyowe, son of (1), and his legitimate heirs of body; with remainder, in the absence of such heirs, to John Skeberyowe, son of (1), and his legitimate heirs of body; with remainder, in the absence of such heirs, to David Skeberyowe, son of (1), and his legitimate heirs of body; with remainder, in the absence of such heirs, to (1)'s true heirs for ever.
