The documents refer to the purchase of various land to be incorporated with the Benyon Settled Estates, investments & presentations to livings. There is also a print of the Statement of Claim in the Action brought by Richard Benyon Berens against Fellowes for the sale of the Downham Estate, Essex, 1883, and a copy of the will (1800) & codicils (1821) of the Rev. Peter Beauvoir, Downham Hall, with Counsel's opinion on a query about the will.
