All the same properties and rents, except Robert Colston's garden in Pithay.

 

Same covenants and warranty. Attorneys Thomas Bushe and Richard Gardner, grocers.

Seals: Sharpe's only survives; five tags.

 

Endorsed: three certificates of sealing and delivery. Livery of all but the well-house [Lewins Mead] taken by Bushe on 15 January 1633/4 in presence of William Cooper. John Younge. Edmund Griffith. Robert Deane, notary public. Livery of the well-house on 8 May 1634 taken by Gardner in the presence of Deane and Cooper.
