Community outreach
The National Archives Outreach team works strategically, engaging community groups onsite, offsite and online. Our projects and activities involve multi-ethnic groups, elderly or disabled people, neurodiverse children and adults and many others.
We believe in consulting with individuals and groups to meet the needs of the communities we work with. Together with our partners and stakeholders, we create and support free activities and events for communities around the country.
We try to draw out a warmth and humanity in the stories we tell and prize the creativity, wellbeing and social interaction that lie at the heart of our workshops and resources.
