About
Matilda is a qualified archivist working in the Document Services Department. The Archive Management Team is responsible for managing The National Archives’ physical storage space at Kew.
Her role involves ensuring there is enough space for the constant stream of new records The National Archives receives from other Government departments, and ensuring The National Archives’ collections management software is up to date with the locations of our 20+ million documents. She also oversees the transfer of records to our offsite storage facility at DeepStore, Winsford.
