In her previous role at King’s College London, she led initiatives to support cross-sector collaboration and translate academic research into real-world change. Prior to that, Amelia worked at a local mental health charity, conducting primary research and contributing to a co-created project that shaped council-funded wellbeing interventions.
Amelia also contributed to numerous human rights research projects and holds a BA in Politics and an LL.M in International Law. She is currently completing a PhD specialising in international refugee law. She is passionate about inclusive, practice-based research and the vital role archives play in preserving collective memory and promoting justice.
