Other information
The present hospital is a successor to the RAF Hospital in little more than name and buildings. It is occupied by the administration and staff of the former Tower Hospital which moved in when the RAF reliquished it, but the larger premises have enabled a wider range of services from geriatric, physio therapy, out-patients, etc. formerly at Tower Hospital.
