Established by order of Surrey County Council in 1905 and run by County Surrey Smallpox Hospital Committee. Number of cases admitted was never very great and by 1930s was almost none. Surrey Smallpox Hospital and Committee dissolved by order of Surrey County Council in 1935 (1 July)
