Convalescent annexe at East Ayton Lodge, Scarborough, 1947-1978. Long stay annexe at Moorlands, Haxby, York, 1955-1989.
Former medical superintendant's house in grounds converted to adolescent psychiatric unit (Southfields Adolescent Unit) 1967: this amalgamated with Fairfiled Child Psychiatric Unit in 1989 to become Lime Trees Unit, still in existence, surviving closure of Clifton Hospital 1994.
