Other information

The Dispensary was founded in 1781, the new Infirmary opened in 1896. The House of Recovery or Fever Hospital, established in 1815, amalgamated with the Dispensary in 1832. Haverbreaks Maternity Annexe and Longlands Convalescent Home were attached to the Infirmary as branches.
