Confirmation of whether The National Archives currently holds any record corresponding to the Supplemental (or Supplementary) Report to the Harris Report dated 6 December 1993, provided by or on behalf of Henry Gilby to the Metropolitan Police and later referenced in IICSA as HGL000002 (regardless of its current catalogue reference).
