IT Operations manage our end-user devices (including infrastructure).
IT Operations manage, monitor and maintain user device satisfaction.
We perceive the development of a Sustainability Strategy for The National Archives to be a corporate responsibility, which includes both our Executive Team and The National Archives’ Board. As we are progressing further towards TCFD compliance, the process is managed by our Head of Collection Care, Juergen Verhoorst, who is also the organisation’s Sustainability Lead. You can find more details on our current performance and plans in The National Archives annual report and accounts 2024-25, pp. 32-43.
