I note that this judgment of the Court of Appeal, made on 26 July 2024, says (at page 3, para. 7) 'Publication of this judgment would be a contempt of court as it would infringe the injunctions we are granting. It would also appear to us to be a contempt by reason of section 12(1)(c) of the Administration of Justice Act 1960.'

Please can you disclose, preferably by PDF, a copy of any communications received from the Court informing National Archives, or anyone at or for National Archives, of this and any information circulated in National Archives informing staff to comply with the Court judgment (which I suspect would have ensured the judgment was not published).
