Pay offers and salary bands

Request

Under the FOI Act, I would like to request the two most recent pay settlements accepted by employees of your department. Please provide all pay grades and their respective salary bands, for 23/24 and 24/25.

Response

• 2023/24 pay award – 5.0% increase for bands A-D, 4.5% increase for bands E-H
• 2024/25 pay award – 5.88% increase for bands A-B, 4.95% increase for bands C-H
  • Nb – to be eligible for pay awards employees must have been in post as of 31st March the same year and rated above ‘poor’ in performance.
