Our Resilience Grants programme provides grants of up to £20,000, to empower the archive sector to find and develop sustainable solutions that enable change and develop organisational resilience.

The programme supports archives to be adaptable, resilient and sustainable, creating lasting solutions that enable them to respond to change, and contribute to communities and the economy.

While we ask that all applications be submitted via the online form (link above), you can download a word document version of the form to help you prepare.

The next round of Resilience Grant funding will open in May 2026. To find out more, use the links below.

Assessment Guidance Application Form Current and Past Projects

As part of our commitment to being open and supportive throughout this programme, we want to share that the current success rate for Resilience funding is 6%.

We recognise that these figures may feel discouraging. However, we want to reassure potential applicants that a low success rate shouldn’t put you off reaching out or getting involved. Every application brings you into the programme, giving you access to our training opportunities, our wider networks, and the expertise of our team. If you’re thinking about applying, we warmly encourage you to get in touch. Our aim is to support you wherever you are in your journey - whether that’s developing a strong application or finding the right pathway forward.
