Rex precarissimo fratri suo Georgio Duci Clarencie ac dilcis et fidelibus suis Johanni Dynham de Dynham militi, Thome Selynger, Roberto Willughby militi, Thome Fulford militi necnon dilectis sibi Carolo Dynham, Edwardo Courtenay, Thome Arundell, Thome Beaumont et Ricardo Eggecombe ac vicecomiti nostro Cornub', salutem, monstraverunt nobis Johannes Arundell de Talverne in comitatu predicto armiger, Johes Penpons de eodem comitatu armiger, Willelmus Carusuyowe de eodem comitatu armiger, Oto Philipus valettus corone nostre, Thomas Nevyll armiger et Jacobus Trefusis Gentilman, qualiter Henricus Bodrugan nuper de Bodrugan in comitatu Cornub' armiger auctoritate diversorum actuum parliamenti nostri ad sectam suam de diversis prodicionibus feloniis riotis et aliis malefactis per ipsum Henricum et servientes suos male gubernatos erga nos coronam et dignitatem nostras factas et perpetratas auctoritate parliamenti attinctus existit unde nobis humiliter supplicarunt ut cum predictus Henricus vigore attinccionis predicte extra legem existat et fideles ligeos in comitatu predicto riotose custodit et suppeditat quod que predicti Johes Arundell, Johes Penpons, Wills Oto, Thomas Nevyll et Jacobus ob metum riote malicie et male gubernacionis predicti Henrici in habitacionibus suis infra comitatum predictum expectare seu morari formidant in suorum ac omnium ligeorum nostrorum proprietare ibidem si premissa continuare permittantur deperdita vexaciones et dampna intollerabilia ac exheredaciones et destrucciones extremas et manifestas. Nos mala premissa relinquere nolentes impunita assignavimus vos conuinctim et divisim ac vobis et cuilibet vestrum plenam potestatem et auctoritatem damus et committimus ad actus predictos in villias mercatoriis et aliis villis comitatus predicti proclamandos. Et ulterius quibuscumque fidelibus ligeis nostris comitatus predicti nomine et ex parte nostris districte inuingendum quod ipsi cum omne posse et potestate suis vobis et vestrum cuilibet ad prefatum Henricum cum populo suo male gubernato vigore et auctoritate brevis seu brevium quod vel que tibi tu prefate vicecomes ad sectam predictorum Johannis Arundell, Johannis Penpons, Willelmi Otonis, Thome Nevyll et Jacobi et aliorum deliberbitur vel deliberabuntur arestandum et capiendum assistent adiuvent et assistenciam perbeant ad presatum ad prefatum Henricum cum sic captus et arestatus fuerit ad presenciam nostram absque ballio seu manucapcione personaliter ducendum ad respondendum super premissis ac aliis sectis que sibi tunc obicientur et declarabuntur et ad faciendum et recipiendum quod iusticia suadebit in hac parte. Et ideo vobis et cuilibet vestrum mandamus finniter inuingentes quod omnibus excusacionibus et dilationibus postpositis circa premissa et eorum quodlibet diligenter intendatis et ea faciatis et exequanum in forma predicta. Damus insuper universis et singulis quorum interest in hac parte quod vobis et cuilibet vestrum in premissis faciendis et exequendis pareant obediant et intendant in omnibus diligenter. Commission to the king's brother George, duke of Clarence, John Dynham of Dynham, knight, Thomas Selynger, Robert Willughby, knight, Thomas Fulford, knight, Charles Dynham, Edward Courtenay, Thomas Arundell, Thomas Beaumont, Richard Eggecombe and the sheriff of Cornwall to make proclamation in the market towns and other towns of the said county of divers acts in Parliament by authority of which Henry Bodrugan late of Bodrugan, co. Cornwall, esquire, is attainted at the king's suit of divers treasons, felonies, riots and other crimes committed by him and his ill-governed servants, and to arrest the said Henry with his people and bring him to the king's presence in person without bail or mainprise; as John Arundell of Talverne, co. Cornwall, esquire, John Penpons of the same county, esquire, William Carnsuyowe of the same county, esquire, Oto Philip, yeoman, yeoman of the crown, Thomas Nevyle, esquire, and James Trefusis, 'gentilman,' have shown the king that the said Henry, outlawed by force of the said attaint, tramples on the king's lieges in the said county and through him they fear to dwell in the county.
