Description Trelby is a free and open source program which provides an interface designed specifically for writing screenplays. It runs on both Windows and Linux and is written in Python. Trelby is a rebranding of an older programme called Byte. It launched in 2011, and the last stable release was version 2.2 in September 26, 2012.
