Search by subjects

This form allows you to search for the subjects of cases (other than persons, corporate bodies and places). To perform a subjects search, enter up to three single subject keywords, e.g.

and click on the 'Search' button at the bottom of the screen.

If you make a mistake and wish to start again, clicking on the 'Clear' button at the bottom of the screen will present you with a new blank form.

Helpful Hints

As an added feature it is possible to use a wildcard option after the first subject keyword only by adding an asterix after a portion of the subject in which you are interested, e.g.

A search on 'pirate*' will also pick up 'pirates' and pirate's' etc

It should be noted, however, that using the wildcard '*' will slow down response times considerably.
