What is your returns policy?
We are happy for you to return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt - for a full refund providing that the item(s) is in its original condition. Please use the freepost address below as postage is not refunded. Please note that the Freepost address is only for use within the United Kingdom. You are responsible for any postal charges outside the United Kingdom, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, in which case we would refund the postage.

What are my payment options?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch, JCB, Visa Debit (formerly Delta), Solo cards and American Express. These are processed using the WorldPay service.
Is it safe for me to order with you online?
Absolutely; because we want you to feel that you can shop with confidence, we use the WorldPay service, which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and is therefore secure.
Will my personal information be safeguarded?
Certainly; we cannot see your card details. These details are kept in the WorldPay system.
Am I charged VAT?
Books are zero rated for VAT purposes, as are most other printed materials. VAT is charged on software and many other non-book items.
How long does it take for my order to arrive at my door?
Deliveries in the UK can be as quick as the next day after dispatch. Airmail deliveries to Western Europe can take up to 7 working days, whilst airmail deliveries to the rest of the world can take up to 10 working days. Please note that on rare occasions deliveries outside of the UK can take up to 28 days
