We are not able to identify any such list, and therefore we do not hold this information. The list that is being referred to was not compiled by The National Archives.
Please note that we also do not hold any list of former-EU laws which have been marked to expire by the end of 2023, as any such list has not been confirmed. Our Legislation Services department is currently providing assistance in querying and analysing legislation.gov.uk data to colleagues across government, to aid them in collating a list of relevant laws.
