Cataloguing grants

This funding strand of Archives Revealed provides grants of up to £45,000 for the cataloguing of archives. Archives Revealed aims to ensure that significant archive collections, representing the lives and perspectives of all people across the UK, are made accessible to the public for research and enjoyment.

Round 5 now open
Phase 1 (Expression of Interest) of Round 5 is now open for applications. The deadline for Phase 1 applications is 13th December 2021. Successful Phase 1 applicants will be invited to submit a full application in Phase 2 in early 2022.

All applicants should arrange a pre-application discussion with one of the Archives Revealed team. We are looking forward to talking to applicants from all types of archives and organisations about their proposed cataloguing projects. To make an appointment to discuss your archive collection, your application ideas or the ways we can help, please email us at archivegrants@nationalarchives.gov.uk.
