Be it remembered that the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty was married to His Royal Highness Francis Albert Augustus Charles Emanuel, Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, Knight of the Most Noble Order of the Garter, in the Chapel Royal at St James’s, on Monday the tenth day of February in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty and in the third year of Her Majesty’s Reign by me
