Marjorie Halls, the widow of Harold Wilson's principal private secretary, Michael Halls, fought a five year campaign for damages following the death of her husband in April 1970. Three files detail the intricacies of the case beginning with suggestions that Marcia Williams, Harold Wilson's private secretary, held enormous influence over the Prime Minister.
