I beg you will move my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, to order me to be pay’d as acting 4th Lieutenant together with my servant P[e]r Order of Sir James Douglas Kt of His Majestys Ship Worcester, during the time I belong’d to her, although I was not confirm’d for her.
