Gentlemen
We humbly beg your pardon for taking the liberty of writing to you but we hope the anxious feelings of unhappy Mothers will excuse us and we beg to state that we have sent three letters to the Gaurdians requesting permission to visit our Children and there has been no notice taken of them and as there are some of us mother’s not seen our Children for the turn of 2 years we humbly hope you will take it into your kind consideration to allow us to visit our Children at stated periods and by so doing you will greatly oblige your humble servants the anxious
