At The National Archives we look after documents that are hundreds of years old, and some that were made very recently.

Standing here you can see inside the reading rooms, where lots of people come to look at archive documents.

This table is what the Cabinet table looks like, where a group government ministers sit around every week.

Here is a facsimile [copy] of the document in question… it is the Domesday Book! Have you learned about it in school?  Read the label which has Evelyn on it and answer the question in your booklet.
