DONKEY V.GOAT

CURIOUS FIGHT NEAR FALMOUTH

A curious fight between a donkey and a goat took place at Mr Stuthbridge’s farm at Swanpool, near Falmouth. The donkey owned by Mr J.Pitts. of Lister-street, Falmouth, strayed into the field where the goat was grazing. The goat was found dead, with its neck broken and head badly damaged. A sow was the next object of the infuriated donkey’s assaulted, and if it had not been that it’s cries were heard by farm hands, it would have suffered the same fate as the goat.
