I am seeking a schedule or list of the documentation which has been sent by the CPS for archiving to understand what it has kept rather than destroyed.

Since the financial year 2006/07, the CPS has transferred DPP2(5384-19178), with a further batch currently undergoing accessioning. According to Discovery, 26 pieces on the catalogue are retained by the CPS under the Public Records Act, and therefore were not transferred.

The records that the CPS transfer to The National Archives mostly relate to murder cases, but also included are other records concerning prosecutions considered to be important or representative of the nature of the CPS’s work.
