Please could you provide me with answers to the following information requests under the Freedom of Information Act regarding the pay of your full time equivalent employees:
- What were the rates of pay applicable on 31 March 2024, broken down by grade for full time equivalent non-SCS staff giving the minima and maxima of ranges? If pay rates are divided into London and National rates please provide both.
- If the grades are not standard civil service grades, are the grades based on JEGS scores? If so please provide the relevant scores for each grade.
- Are there any specialist pay grades, specialist allowances, recruitment and retention allowances or market supplements? If so, please provide details including where relevant whether the payments are consolidated or non-consolidated.

- First Aid allowance for qualified First Aiders – £215.55 per annum
- Flexible working (legacy allowance) – 3% of basic pay
- Market supplement – as defined for specified roles
- Professional development – for part-qualified Finance professionals, removed on qualification
- Responsibility allowance – typically 5% for additional responsibility at same grade, 10% for a higher grade
- Footwear (specified roles) – £92.66 on appointment then £43.17 in subsequent years
- On call allowance if on call during a non-working day – Weekdays £11.49 per day, Weekends £28.71 per day, Bank Holidays/Privilege Days £40.19 per day
