Please see the attached Excel document listing 41 records that were found to be closed from between 131 and 200 years. The data provided includes the catalogue reference, the closure period, and the FOI exemptions engaged.
We previously stated that 42 records were found to have been closed from between 131 and 200 years, but with the caveat that the figures provided were approximate due to the manual nature of the search and the possibility of human error. Upon a re-review we have found only 41 records that meet this criteria.
As 22 of these records were found to have been retained by the Metropolitan Police Service, we have provided an additional column indicating whether the record has been retained.
Please note that DPP 2/1985/1 is not yet on the catalogue, as these closed extracts are in the process of being accessioned.
