Request
I would like to request a copy of any approved artificial intelligence policies or strategies that you may hold. Please can I request a copy of any formal approval that was given for this policy or strategy? For example any emails held or minutes which document the approval.
I am not requesting documents which are not considered policies or draft documents. For example I am not looking for any processes, standards or guidance.

Exemptions applied
Section 21: Information readily available to the applicant by other means
Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) does not oblige a public authority to provide information if it is already reasonably accessible by other means.
In this case the exemption applies because the information is already available and can be found at the links referred to above.
Further guidance on the application of this exemption can be found at: https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/foi/freedom-of-information-and-environmental-information-regulations/section-21-information-accessible-to-the-applicant-by-other-means/.
