The firm, which operated the Pyenot Hall Works at Cleckheaton was incorporated in 1889. It subsequently established wire-making works at Doncaster and at Ordsall, Nottinghamshire (see BRI/12) and became part owners of the Templeborough rolling mills at Rotherham. The firm joined British Ropes in 1925 |
