Continued appeal of William Rogers of Fowey against five poor rate assessments in Fowey, made 1 Jan. 1824, 10 April 1824, 9 Oct. 1824 and 26 Feb. 1825, on grounds that the allowance of the overseers' accounts was illegal: court ruled that several items on the accounts should be struck off including payments to several unnamed vagrants, and payments to other vagrants and paupers, Harriot Chubb, Robert Allen, Ann George, Matthew Bottrell, John Robertson, Henry Witacar, John Bell, James Millett and wife, Jos. Laureat, Jane Mitchell and John Lewis, also sundry other items. Fowey to pay William Rogers £5 costs.

Continued appeal by St. Columb Minor against order of 8 June last, for removal of John Bullock, Elizabeth his wife, and their children William, Jenefer, Mary and Thomas, from St. Enoder to St. Columb Minor. Long explanation as to how John Bullock's father had, fifty years before, been hired as a yearly servant by his uncle John Bullock, sen. and had lived with him for three years on his farm in St. Enoder, working for most of that time with his uncle's son John Bullock, jun. Six months before the pauper's father left his uncle's service John Bullock, jun., married and went to live on a farm in St. Columb Minor, but often returned to St. Enoder and suggested that the pauper's father should come with him to the St. Columb Minor farm, as a servant, which he at last consented to do. Details of financial arrangements follow: order confirmed. St. Columb to pay St. Enoder £5 costs.
