Treasurer to pay clerk 13s. 4d. for examination and pass of Thomas Hughes (Easter sessions), 40s. for carrying the statutes at large from one sessions to another, £24 for levy warrants for gaol and marshalsea rates (Epiphany, Midsummer and Michaelmas Sessions) at 10s. each, and £21 for clerk's salary for keeping accounts of gaol and marshalsea, and of bridge surveyors and bridewell keepers.

Continued appeal by Perranzabuloe against order of 6 Sept. last for removal of Mary, wife of William Spencer (William Spencer having been born on the "high seas" so lacking legal settlement) and their children John (7), Joseph (2) and unbaptised daughter (3 months), from Kenwyn to Perranzabuloe. Stated that William Spencer was a pedlar and that whole family were resident in Kenwyn and were removed by parents' mutual consent to Perranzabuloe, the parish of Mary Spencer's maiden settlement and where her parents lived. The removing magistrate, before making the order, had asked if husband and wife objected to being separated. They did not object: order reversed. Kenwyn to pay £8.5s.0d. costs and maintenance.
