Description Unisig is a uniform signature scheme for binary file formats and network protocols created by Lassi Kortela and John Cowan. It is intended as a building block for other format vendors to provide a reliable mechanism for file format identification. Unisig itself doesn't have a specific extension or media type - it is intended that format vendors using Unisig will provide their own.
