A colourful Colonial poster, in an Empire Marketing Board (EMB) style, depicting a dockside-unloading scene, with coloured workers manually unloading goods arrived from London. Space is provided at the base of the image for over-printing a slogan.

This image was ‘militarised' in a later version when the ship was painted battleship grey and the passengers and crew were depicted in naval Uniform. Both African and West Indian versions of this image were produced.
