Our fees
From 30 July 2012 the prices we charge for our public services, including research and record copying, have changed.
Our prices were last reviewed in 2005, which means some of the costs have increased. However, owing to technological advances and efficiencies in the way we work, we have, in some cases, frozen or reduced prices.
Whilst reviewing the costs we have also taken the opportunity to simplify the pricing structure to make it clearer and easier to understand the price of the services we offer.
The full list of prices, which will take effect as of 30 July 2012, is available below:

The prices we charge are set out by the Fees Regulations under the Public Records Act (1958) and are based on recovering the costs of providing the services.
