Rosie Winterton MP, Parliamentary Secretary
Rosie Winterton MP was formerly Parliamentary Secretary and representative for The National Archives in the Lord Chancellor's Department. The first day of Practical Experiences in Digital Preservation coincided with the public launch of The National Archives. Rosie Winterton MP gave the opening speech of the conference, announcing the birth of this new instution.
