|
Flintshire to wit} The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their oaths presents that Edward Hughes late of the parish of Whitford in the County of Flint Labourer together with divers other persons to the number of three and more to the Jurors aforesaid unknown on the seventeenth day of December in the second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord William the fourth at the parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid about the hour of twelve in the night of the same day by night did together unlawfully enter and were in certain land to wit a certain plantation there Situate belonging to the Honorable Edward Mostyn Llotd Mostyn for the purpose then and there by night as aforesaid of taking and destroying Game the said Edward Hughes and the said other persons to the Jurors aforesaid unknown being then and there by night as aforesaid armed with Guns and other ofensive weapons against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the peace of our Lord the King his Crown and Dignity. Prisoner pleads Guilty
