This map shows the positions and movements of the British and German
naval fleets at the Battle of Jutland during the late afternoon
and early evening of 31 May 1916. It is possible to discern the
positions of the three Royal Navy battle cruisers - Indefatigable,
Queen Mary ('Queen M') and Invincible - that
were sunk during the battle, as well as the position of Lützow,
the only German battle cruiser to go down).
