…….Qui dicunt super sacramentum quod Patricius O Collun nuper de London generosus alias dictus Patricius Cullen nuper de London generosus ut falsus proditoribus contra illustrissimam et christianissimam principem dominam nostram Elizabeth dei gratia Anglie Francie et Hibernie Reginam fidei defensorem, etc supremam et naturalem dominam suam timorem dei in corde suo non habens nec debitam legianciam sue ponderandam sed instigacione diabolica seductus cordialem dilectionem et veram et debitam obedienciam quam verus et fidelis subditus dicte domine Regine erga ipsam dominam Reginam gereret et de iure gerere tenetur penitus subtrahere delere et extingere intendens primo die Augusti anno regni dicte domine Regine nunc tricesimo quinto apud Bruxelles in partibus transmarinis extra hoc regnum Anglie et diversis aliis diebus et vicibus antea et postea tam apud Bruxelles predictum quam in diversis aliis locis in partibus transmarinis extra hoc regnum Anglie falso maliciose et proditorie conspiravit imaginatus fuit circumivit compassavit dictam dominam Reginam supremam et naturalem dominam suam non solum de regali statu titulo potestate et regimine regni sui Anglie penitus deprivare et deucere et exhereditare verumetiam eandam dominam Reginam ad mortem et finalem destructionem adducere et ponere ac sedicionem in dicto regno Anglie suscitare levare et facere acetiam stragem miserabilem inter subditos dicte domine Regine pro totum regnum Anglie generare et causare ac insurreccionem et rebellionem versus dictam dominam Reginam supremam et naturalem dominam suam procurare et suscitare ac gubernacionem eiusdem regni Anglie et sinceriam dei religionem in eodem regno Anglie recte et pie stabilitam pro voluntate et libito suis mutare et alterare, necnon statum totius rei publice huius regni Anglie per universas eius partes bene institutum et ordinatum totaliter subvertere et destruere et diversos extraneos et alienigenas non existentems subditos dicte domine Regine sed inimicos eiusdem domine Regine ad hoc regnum Anglie hostiliter invadendum et guerram publicam et acerrimam versus eandem dominam Reginam in eodem regno Anglie levand suscipiend et faciend incitare procurare et inducere…..

……Who say upon oath that Patrick O' Collun late of London, gentleman, alias the said Patrick Cullen late of London, gentleman, false betrayer against the most Illustrious and Christian Prince and Lord, Elizabeth, by the Grace of God Queen of England, France and Ireland, Defender of the Faith, etc., his supreme and natural lord having no fear of God in his heart nor considering his due allegiance, but seduced by the promptings of the Devil, and intending to withdraw, destroy and extinguish utterly the cordial love and true and due obedience which the true and loyal subject of the said Queen should bear, and is lawfully bound to bear, towards the same Lady Queen, on the 1st of August in the 35th year of the said Lady Queen at Brussels in parts beyond the seas outside this kingdom of England and on divers and occasions before and afterwards both at the aforesaid Brussels and in divers other places in parts beyond the seas outside this kingdom of England, did falsely, maliciously and traitorously conspire, imagine, assail, and compass, not only to deprive, eject and disinherit the said Lady Queen, his supreme and natural Lord of the regal status, title, power and rule of her Kingdom of England but also to bring the same Lady Queen to her death and final destruction, and make and stir up sedition in the said kingdom of England and also to cause terrible strife among the subjects of the said Lady Queen through the whole kingdom of England, and to forment insurrection and rebellion against his said Lady Queen and to change for his will and pleasure the governance of the same kingdom of England and the true religion of God rightly and piously established in the same kingdom of England, and also totally to subvert and destroy through all its parts the whole state of the public weal of this kingdom, beneficially instituted and ordained, and to incite and induce foreigners who are not subjects….but enemies of the said Lady Queen to invade in hostile fashion this kingdom and levy a public and most bitter war against the same Lady Queen in the same kingdom of England……
