Ordination of the First Black British Preacher?

On 24 March 1765, according to this press report, 'a Black was ordained' during the ordination of priests and deacons at the Chapel Royal at St James's. Unfortunately, he is not named in the article. He must have had a high profile to be ordained at the Chapel Royal.
