These presentments for the manor of Hampton Court include several
complaints: that the common highway has been made dangerous by
the overflowing water from a pond built by Oliver Cromwell; that
Andrew Pope has failed to pay his rent and consequently has had
his lease forfeited; that land has been enclosed and buildings
placed on enclosed land.
