  1. A Survey of some houses w[i]th the rights Members and
  2. appurtences thereof scituate lyeing and being in the
  3. County of Worcester late p[ar]cell of the poss[ess]ions of Charles
  4. Stuart late King of England made and taken by us
  5. Whose names are hereunto subscribed in the Moneth
  6. of September 1650 by vertue of a Com[mission] grounded
  7. upon an Act of the Com[m]ons assembled in
  8. Parliam[en]t for sale of the Honours Mannours and
  9. Lands heretofore belonging to the late
  10. King Queene and Prince under the
  11. hands and seales of five or more
  12. of the Trustees in the said
  13. Act named and
  14. appointed
  15. All that small Tenem[en]t or dwelling house now or late in the tenure
  16. or occupac[i]on of M[aste]r Bartlett scituate lyeing and being in Bridge Streete
  17. in the Towne of Evesham consisting of one lewe roome w[hi]ch doth conteyne
  18. in length tenne foote of assize and in breadth nyne foote w[i]th a chamber
  19. over it of the same bignes w[i]th a chimney in it, One other lowe
  20. roome w[hi]ch doth conteyne in length tenne foote of assize and in breadth
  21. seaven foote w[i]th a chamber over it of the same bignes and a litle

  1. Yardthereonto alsoe belonging abbutting upon a Tenem[en]t in the
  2. occupac[i]on of Peter Fransum on the North, and a Tenem[en]t in the
  3. occupac[i]on of the said M[aste]r Bartlett on the South and is worth upon
  4. the Improved vallue p[er] Ann[um] xxxv s
  5. All that small Tenem[en]t or dwelling house now in the tenure or
  6. occupac[i]on of Katherine Wood and Milbery Wasell or one of them scituate
  7. Lyeing and being in Coale Street in the said Towne of Evesham
  8. consisting of One hall w[i]th one chimney floared w[i]th earth and doth conteyne
  9. in length 16en foote of assize and in breadth 12 foote One other lowe
  10. roome w[i]th one chimney floared w[i]th earth and doth conteyne in length
  11. 16en foote of asseze and in breadth 12 foote w[i]th chambers over them of the
  12. same bignes and a litle backside thereunto alsoe belonging, abbutting
  13. upon a Tenem[en]t in the occupac[i]on of John Garnett on the South and a
  14. Tenem[en]t in the occupac[i]on of Thomas Clements on the North and is
  15. worth upon the Improved vallue p[er] Ann[um] l s
