The history of pubs - book now

A conference on the history of pubs, organised by the Pub History Society, will be held at The National Archives on 20 February 2010, from 10:30 to 16:00.
Highlights include Jack Adams revealing lost London pubs, Patrick Chaplin looking at the history of darts, Simon Fowler considering contemporary impressions of pubs of the 1930s, and David Thomas going behind the scenes of the coaching inn.
