Advanced search tips

The Advanced Search allows you to combine a search by manor name with a search by county and/ or type of document, date and (for English manors) parish. If you are looking for records for a particular manor, but are not sure about how to spell the manor's name, try searching first by county, since this will allow you to choose any manor from the drop down list.
